Born in Lima, Perú, Manuel Oswaldo Kuan Cubillas has a Master of Music in Choral Conducting, Indiana Univeristy - School of Music, Bloomington, Indiana, USA. He has been President of Asociación de Directores de Coros del Perú since 2005 to the present time. He is former Director-Founder of Coro Nacional de Niños del Perú, Instituto Nacional de Cultura. Also, was professor at Universidad Particular Ricardo Palma - Educational Master Program.

Ceinwen King-Smith
USA
Born in the United States on September 15, Ceinwen has been living in Pittsburgh since 1969. She holds a Bachelor from Stanford University, majoring in Russian, and a Master in Education from Harvard University. Currently, Ceinwen works as Instructor of English as a Second Language at Connelley Technical Institute. During her free time, she loves singing, traveling, playing flute, folk music and languages. In fact, she can speak 8 languages.

Maury A. Silva-Torres - Venezuela
Born in Venezuela on September 13, Maury has been in Pittsburgh since 1981. She holds a Master Degree in Education from the University of Pittsburgh and currently is a candidate for a Ph.D. from the same institution. Maury works as a Spanish teacher. On her spare time, she enjoys singing, dancing, traveling and reading. Maury is a founding member of El Coro.

Jesús Hoyos Mendez - Bolivia
Born in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, Jesús has been living in Pittsburgh since January 2003. He earned a Bachelor
degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the Bolivian Catholic University in Cochabamba, Bolivia, and a Master in Theology from "Espiritu Santo" Seminary in La Paz,
Bolivia. Jesús is an artist painting in oil. He loves beaches, singing and dancing.

David Livingston - USA
David Livingston has been singing in choruses and choirs since his boy soprano days. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, of a Scottish father and a Norwegian mother and educated at Datmouth College and Columbia University. His first visit to Pittsburgh was in 1957 during a tour with his college glee club. After finishing his studies, he taught English at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. In 1966, he moved to Pittsburgh and taught at Carnegie Mellon University and Penn State. He sang for many years with the Bach Choir of Pittsburgh as is currently a member of the Eastminster Presbyterian Church Choir. In addition to music, he enjoys movies, theater, swimming and hiking. Recently he has discovered the excitement of travel south of the border.

Gary-Eugene H. Perroz - USA
Gary has a Bachelor in Science in Agriculture from Penn State University. His hometown area is Pittsburgh, but has lived in other areas of the USA and the world in various phases of his career in Agriculture. A sixth to seventh generation American of English, Scots-Irish, German, French, Spanish, Swiss descent-or as they say in Pittsburgh--"Heinz 57" (varieties).

Esperanza Gómez de Inverso - Colombia
Born in Colombia on June 25, Esperanza has been living in Pittsburgh since 1974. Esperanza has an Associate Degree in Biology and currently works as Medical Research Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh. During her free time she likes to travel around the world, reading and doing volunteer work. She lives with her husband, John, in Churchill Borough.

María Irene Zúñiga de Matos - Perú
Born in Perú on February 5th, Irene has lived in Pittsburgh since the 1980's. She has a degree in Medical Social Work from México and a Master in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. Currently she works as PA Department of Health Inspector for Nursing Homes. Irene's passions include Latin American music, embroidering, sewing, photography, masks collection from Perú and decoration. She is also known as founding member of local Latin-American organizations in Pittsburgh like: Latin American Cultural Union serving also as garments coordinator; "Estampas Peruanas", a dancing group from Perú; and El Coro Latinoamericano, serving as social events coordinator.

Víctor M. Beltrán - Perú
Víctor M. Beltrán was born in Lima, Perú. He studied architecture and graduated from the UNI-Lima with a degree in architecture, art and urban planning. He began to study Andean musical instruments, specifically the charango, under master musician Jaime Guardia; before founding his own company and practicing architecture until 1985, He came to live in Pittsburgh in October 1985 and has worked for several architectural firms, most recently at LDA Companies as a 3-D designer. Víctor has had nearly a dozen exhibits of his art work in the United States, México, and Perú; he has taught watercolor classes locally in Pittsburgh at Fox Chapel and has conducted a workshop at San Miguel de Allende in México. Mr. Beltrán was founder and musical director of Musuhallpa, a musical group specializing in Andean music. Víctor is one on the founding members of the El Coro Latinamericano. Craig Jansen - USA
Craig is originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, and later moved from Akron, Ohio, to Pittsburgh with his family in 1999. He holds a bachelor in Chemistry, and a Master of Business Administration, and is currently studying Spanish at the Community College of Allegheny County. On the job, Craig provides technical service for Bayer Products in the adhesives industry. In his spare time, Craig enjoys playing tennis.

Germán E. Matos-Córdova - Perú
Born in Perú on December 26th, Germán has been living in Pittsburgh since the 1980's. With graduate studies in Cultural Anthropology and Latin-American Literature; he is a faculty member in the Department of Humanities teaching Language and Latin-American Culture at Point Park University. His interests include Latin-American music, popular culture and Latinos in the USA. Germán is also recognized as founding member of the Latin American Cultural Union and El Coro Latinoamericano.
